larger buttons of the "delete"/etc. buttons (at least 2x the current size) would be better for use on the ipad

Our design is not optimized for iPads in a lot of ways - we didn't work on it because iPads don't support flash (and hence our app). We'll definitely keep the icon sizes touch friendly when we get to it. Thanks.

We don't want to add username other than email to allow sign ups through Open ID/Facebook.

Fb bookmarking issues
Facebook videos do not get bookmarked, if you follow the video link. Says 'No Video Found'

You need to click the video thumbnail on Facebook before it can be loaded, and thus detected by Radbox bookmarklet.

Before clicking a video in Facebook, it's actually just an image. Once it is clicked, the video is loaded, and only then our code can "grab" it. Unfortunately there's no way around this!
